From the moment we're born
to the moment we die...
our breath is with us.
It probably knows us better than anyone. But how much attention do we really give it? Sure it brings us oxygen, but that's only one of its many functions. It's also a valuable resource for vitality, creativity, emotional regulation, and intuition.

In my classes, we take a liberating approach to embodied work inviting breath, sensation, and movement (and sometimes the voice!) to enter into a kind of improv with one another. We let go of the need to "get it right" and give over to flow, letting trust and curiosity lead us to whatever wants to happen next. With simple offers and gentle guidance, we explore what it means to listen to our creative systems exactly as we are and let sensation take the wheel.
It never ceases to surprise me what all can happen when we simply give ourselves the time and patience to let the dialogue begin.
What will your dialogue be?
