Our daily lives are inundated with "shoulds" and "should nots". We can all benefit (individually and communally) from more opportunities to simply Be without the need to change, to adjust, to "mask", or to conform. This work actively fosters a space where all—and I mean ALL—are welcome all ways: crying, laughing, depressed, angry, sore, energized, quiet, loud, anxious, struggling, thriving.

Group Classes
Explore breath both individually and collectively! This is a great opportunity to connect, play, and socially "unmask" in community with others. This is how the work was developed and is traditionally explored!

One-on-One
One-on-One sessions are a great way to explore in privacy and dip your toes into the work. Maybe you're not sure what emotions will come up, or maybe you want to explore a specific challenge with me as a facillitator. Whatever the reason, I am here to provide a safe environment.
