In my Back to Breath classes, we explore what it means to embody movement and sound from the foundation of the allowed breath, using our own curiosity as guide rather than any external metrics for "success."
This work actively fosters a space where all—and I mean ALL—are welcome all ways: crying, laughing, depressed, angry, sore, energized, quiet, loud, anxious, struggling, thriving.

Having to be "correct" is a heavy load. Come and set it down for a little while and find some levity.

Group Classes
Explore embodied breath and movement individually and collectively! This is a great opportunity to connect, play, and socially "unmask" in community with others. This is how the work was developed and is traditionally explored!

One-on-One
One-on-One sessions are a great way to explore in privacy and dip your toes into the work. Maybe you're not sure what emotions will come up, or maybe you want to explore a specific challenge with me as your facillitator. Whatever the reason, I am here to provide a safe environment.
